  • Circular brown or tan patches
  • Small spots or lesions on grass blades
  • Patches that appear or spread after warm, wet weather

Treatment 06

Spring Aeration

Relieves compacted soil so water, air and nutrients reach the roots.

What it is. Core aeration removes small plugs of soil from the lawn. The openings let water, air and nutrients move down to the root zone.

Signs it is time

  • Water pooling or running off after rain
  • Hard soil that is difficult to push a screwdriver into
  • Thinning grass in high-traffic areas

Treatment 07

Fall Aeration
and Overseeding

Opens the soil, then spreads new seed so a thin lawn grows back full.

What it is. This service pairs core aeration with overseeding. The lawn is aerated first, then new seed is spread so it can settle into the openings and make direct contact with the soil.
